Reserve your space, free of charge. Garden Highlights Walks and Story Time Sprouts are free for season passholders, but space is limited. Reserve your spot ahead of time.

Garden Highlights Walks occur every day at 11 am and 2 pm. Each walk lasts about 45 minutes and tour content will vary as the gardens are dynamic and ever-changing.

Story Time Sprouts occurs every Thursday morning at 10:30 am.

Season passholders can take an in-depth look at our gardens with an expert docent, learn about notable native plants, and receive tips on sustainable gardening practices. Tour content will vary as the gardens are dynamic and ever-changing. Tours are two hours in length and include walking over rolling terrain and mulched paths. Walk-ins are accepted as space allows. Ordinarily $15 per person, Season Passholders pay just $5.

Garden Enthusiast Tours take place on Saturdays: April 13, May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14 from 10 AM-12 PM.

Hitch a hayride deep into our Natural Lands before adventuring on foot for a behind-the-scenes experience of Mt. Cuba’s wilder side. Hike with a friendly and knowledgeable Docent to the far corners of the property and discover how Mt. Cuba applies “gardening on a higher level” in natural areas. Learn about ever-evolving land management strategies, conservation efforts and research, and the state of our restoration projects. Be prepared to hike gently sloping paths and navigate some uneven terrain.

Available on three Saturdays: September 21, October 5, & October 12 from 1-3pm.
