Summary
Heuchera ‘Creole Nights’ forms medium-sized mounds of silky-purple foliage that maintains its color all season long. This cultivar does have attractive white flowers, but the quantity was often too low for ‘Creole Nights’ to be highlighted for its floral display. Although vigorous, ‘Creole Nights’ suffered from powdery mildew more often than any other selection in our trial, but the fungus was never severe enough to detract from the overall performance and appeal of this cultivar. When grown in full sun, ‘Creole Nights’ experienced mild discoloration and burnt leaf tips, and thus is recommended for part shade – full shade conditions.
