Echinacea ‘Aloha’

3 Photos

Summary

Echinacea ‘Aloha’ was introduced by Terra Nova Nurseries as part of their Prairie Pillars™ series.  Derived from E. paradoxa and E. purpurea ‘Ruby Giant’, this cultivar has exceptionally wide and pleated peach-colored rays surrounding a darker orange disc. Although the flowers were attractive, the plant was not particularly vigorous and developed aster yellows and powdery mildew.
