Summary
Coreopsis integrifolia is a fall blooming species, with large, golden flowers opening in October, about a month later than Coreopsis palustris. The flowers are able to withstand a couple light frosts, but the late bloom period does put the flowers at risk from a hard frost or freeze. This particular clone was not as uniform or dense as C. integrifolia ‘Last Dance’, with some of the outermost stems flopping while in flower. It was also more aggressive, spreading 1’ wider than ‘Last Dance’ in the same amount of time.
