Coreopsis ‘Limerock Dream’

4 Photos

Coreopsis ‘Limerock Dream’ has an informal mounding habit that is covered in flowers beginning in late June.  Cutting back some of the plants in mid-July did not greatly improve their floral display or foliage quality.  Flowering was observed to be relatively equivalent between the two treatments and the foliage continued to decline in late summer regardless of the attempted rejuvenation.  Powdery mildew was much less of a problem during the second year of the trial, but ‘Limerock Dream’ still had one of the higher incidences of disease.
