Saturdays: September 16, 23 & 30 from 5-7 pm
Bring the family out for a scenic hayride through Mt. Cuba’s stunning natural lands. Arrive at a bonfire where you can kick back and relax or explore your surroundings. Enjoy fireside snacks, s’mores, and adult and family-friendly beverages while the sun sets.

Don’t miss this unique hayride experience through Mt. Cuba’s gorgeous natural areas. Our hay wagon travels through rolling hills and grassland fields, where you’ll hear about Mt. Cuba’s land management, conservation efforts, and restoration projects. Arrive at a bonfire where you’ll enjoy stunning vistas, tasty brews, and fireside snacks.

Explore Mt. Cuba at night to experience the sights and sounds of the natural lands after dark. You will hear the night come alive with the sounds of owls, insects and frogs in this guided hike. What will you discover when the sun goes down?
Be prepared to hike steep paths and navigate uneven terrain. Flashlights are provided. Advance registration required; space is limited.

Explore three centuries of people and cultural landscapes through archival records, historic buildings, and on-site visits to our exceptional natural lands aboard our tractor-driven hay wagon.
Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10 am-12 pm
Walk fully present through the Mt. Cuba natural lands loop with designated stops for yoga postures and meditation. John McElderry will help bring the spiritual path alive on the trail itself in the splendor of nature. Dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and yoga mat with a strap for carrying, and be prepared for hilly (sometimes steep) and uneven terrain.
