Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga and meditation in Mt Cuba’s recently opened and picturesque Natural Lands. Local yoga instructor Tracey Eltringham leads you through slow flow and restorative yoga poses balanced by a relaxing meditative experience. Enjoy some wholesome treats, learn to connect with nature, and refocus on what really matters. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. We will take a few moments to journal, so bring pen and journal. Please bring a mat, large towel or blanket and any other props that support your practice.
This program takes place in-person (in Mt. Cuba Center natural lands) Sunday, October 3 (Rain Date: Sunday, October 10)
About the Instructor:
Tracey Eltringham stepped onto the yoga mat over 12 years ago and knew that this system of self-care was going to be an important key in helping her to find her way “home.” She strives to help yoga feel approachable to all she encounters with an energy that is encouraging, authentic, and has a hint of playfulness as she inspires you on your own journey.
