Julia Byrem, a registered meditation teacher and practitioner, has created the Walking to Awaken program for people of all ages to connect with the beauty and wisdom of nature and develop a sustainable self-care practice. Slow down, focus, and nurture the body, mind, and spirit in this holistic wellness program.
About the Instructor:
Julia Byrem completed a Meditation Teacher Training with David Nichtern in 2013. She has found passion and purpose in teaching meditation and mindfulness and believes that all beings deserve peace.
