Summer Yoga

Garden yoga

Enjoy access to Mt. Cuba’s serene gardens and increase range of motion, core body strength, and flexibility through the practice of yoga in a lovely natural setting. Focus on stretching techniques that safely promote proper spinal position, balance, and joint health. No experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, and towel, and wear comfortable clothing. (Teen friendly; minors must be accompanied by an enrolled adult.)

This program takes place in person at Mt. Cuba Center on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

John McElderry is a sound therapist and credentialed Yoga Alliance teacher with over 20 years of experience.
