Good garden design isn’t easy; but success awaits for anyone with a passion for plants, a little imagination, and proper guidance. Danilo Maffei, a professional landscape designer, shows how to analyze a site, draw a basic plan, and use design principles for laying out paths and planting beds. Through lectures and drawing exercises, explore design options, review landscape materials, and develop a go-to list of plants that provide color, texture, and interest throughout the year. Leave with a garden design for your home that can be implemented this spring. Please bring your lunch.
