This program takes place in-person Thursday, June 17 (Rain Date: Thursday, June 24)
Observe the diverse summer flora in the gardens of Mt. Cuba Center and begin a sketchbook to record what you see. Using graphite, watercolor, and Micron pen, draw leaves, flowers, fruit, and more as you bring together the worlds of art and science. After a short tour of the gardens to view plants growing in situ, you will draw and paint from cut plant material. Sow the seeds of drawing and documenting the natural world beginning today.
A detailed list of required materials is available with the online class description.
